The clubhouse was designed to facilitate parties and other engagements with a full kitchen, ample seating and flat screen television.

Adjacent to the Clubhouse is the custom-designed lagoon style swimming pool and lake side pavilion. The Clubhouse also features a fishing pier with several boats available for landowners to use.
