Arthur L. Ruff Recreation Center Ground Breaking

 7-R Ranch prides itself in providing state-of-the-art amenities to its property owners, and that is why we are excited to announce that we have officially broken ground on the future Arthur L. Ruff Recreation Center. The facility will feature two phases and will cover over 11,000 square feet when it is completed. It will include: locker rooms, an indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub, workout equipment, private theatre with giant screen, kitchen for catering private parties, business center, lounge, soccer and softball fields, racquetball courts, a vending area and picnic areas. Phase one should be completed by early Summer 2008. Keep your eyes and ears open for more information and progression of this wonderful new addition to 7-R Ranch.
